Shipping & Delivery

Delivery destinations

We deliver to the United States, Canada, Australia and the European countries confirmed as available for delivery. Available European destinations and delivery addresses are specified before payment. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact info@ecan-audio.com before ordering.

Dispatch location and carriers

Orders are dispatched from mainland China via DHL or FedEx. The carrier is assigned according to the shipping arrangements for each order.

Order processing

Orders will be prepared and dispatched within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated transit time

After dispatch, delivery is estimated to take 4–7 business days, excluding order processing time. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customs and delivery delays

Additional customs inspections, public holidays, weather or transport disruptions may delay delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact info@ecan-audio.com so we can help investigate.

Shipping charges, import duties and VAT

Shipping is included in the product price. Import duties and import VAT are not included. Where these charges apply, they are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid as requested by customs or the carrier.
